Dogfolk Shipping Policy

At Dogfolk, we work hard to make sure your pup’s favorite treats arrive fresh, fast, and in perfect condition. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship.


Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
During high-volume periods (holidays, sales, or new product drops), processing may extend to 2–4 business days, but we always aim to ship as quickly as possible.


Shipping Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)

Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)

Delivery estimates begin once the package is scanned by the carrier.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email and/or SMS. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship anywhere within the United States, including PO boxes.


Shipping Delays

Weather, carrier delays, and peak holiday demand may affect transit times. While these delays are outside our control, we will always help you track down your order and make things right when possible.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is:

  • Marked as delivered but not received

  • Damaged upon arrival

  • Stuck in transit beyond 7 business days

Please email us at tyler@dogfolktreats.com and we’ll assist right away.
In many cases, we can resend the order or offer store credit depending on the situation.


Wrong Address Policy

If you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us immediately at tyler@dogfolktreats.com
We can update the address only if the package hasn’t shipped yet.
If it has already shipped, we’ll do our best to help recover or reship (additional charges may apply).


Subscription Orders

Subscription orders ship on your chosen schedule. You can change, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime through your Dogfolk subscription account.
